2nd version of Otohime. She is a goldfish mermaid that is over 30 yrs of age, so by the One Piece World, her tail has split in two, fuctioning as 'legs'. She mother to Shirahoshi, and her three brothers. Otohime is the beloved queen of Fishman Island, and wife of King Neptune.
My first coloration was before her offical colors were revealed.
IT was revealed some time ago but only recently had I tried to re-color it. Whale doing so, I got rid of the black lines that were used to show shading and used gimp to do some shading.
